Shipping

• Orders usually ship within 48-72 hours after receiving the order
• We will do our best to deliver the product on your desired delivery date
• Once your order is in the hands of the carrier we have no control over the shipping process

Local Delivery

• Local delivery is available for $90 and up orders in the Los Angeles Area for a $25 flat rate for selected ZIP codes only. If your ZIP code is not eligible for local delivery, you will be provided with the option to ship by mail during checkout.
• We also offer same day local delivery services in the Los Angeles Area for orders placed by 10:00 am.
• We always strive to deliver every order on time to a recipient’s address that has been provided. However, there are times when this is not possible due to problems our couriers may encounter when delivering an order. Thus, it is very important that you provide us with an accurate recipient’s address and additional details/instructions if any.
• We cannot be liable for non-deliveries in case of invalid recipient’s address provided by the client, if the recipient isn’t available at the address provided or if the recipient rejects to accept the delivery. In these cases, our representative will contact you for further instructions. Your order will be available for collection at our Boutique or you may arrange for another delivery attempt of your order which will be subject to an additional delivery charge.
